  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Roasted coriander seeds

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Roasted cumin seeds

  10. 1 Thai fish sauce

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fermented shrimp paste - (kapi), up to
