  2. 1 Ranch party dip or dressing mix

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced onion

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped fresh parsley

  6. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated parmesan cheese

  7. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Large fresh mushrooms

  8. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Seasoned dry stuffing - crushed

  9. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter or margarine

  1. Recipe Instructions In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix, mayonnaise, onion, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Wash mushrooms and remove stems and inside of caps. Discard or save for another use. Fill caps with cream cheese mixture, then dip in stuffing crumbs. Place in a single layer in a buttered baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350F until heated through.
