  1. 8oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles

  2. 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces

  3. 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

  4. 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese

  5. 1 teaspoon dried basil

  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  7. 1 jar spaghetti sauce of your choice

  1. Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions. Combine the bread crumbs, parmesean cheese, and basil in a gallon size baggie. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Place chicken pieces in the baggie. Seal and skake the bag until the chicken is completely coated. Remove the pieces from the baggie and place them in the skillet. Brown the chicken until cooked throughout. Add the spaghetti sauce to the pan and heat until warm. Serve over noodles.
