  1. 1 baked pie shell

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 3/4 c. sugar

  4. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  5. 1/2 c. soft butter

  6. 2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate

  1. Melt chocolate, cool. In blender put eggs, sugar, butter, chocolate and vanilla. Cover and beat until smooth – with no sugar granules. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and chocolate curls to decorate.
