  1. 3 Sq. Unsweetened Chocolate

  2. 1 3/4 Cup Milk

  3. 1/4 Pound Butter

  4. 1 7/8 Cup Sugar

  5. 2 Cup Flour

  6. 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  7. 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  8. 2 Teaspoon Vanilla

  9. 3 Eggs

  10. 1 Package Instant Pudding (choc Fudge) Preheat Oven to

  11. 275 Degrees F. Melt Chocolate in milk. Pour over Butter. Add Sugar, Stir. Add next

  12. 6 ingredients, mix with beater until smooth. Pour into well greased Tube Pan. Bake

  13. 1 to 1 1/4 hours (test with toothpick). Let cool.

  1. Can be topped with Confectioners sugar for decorative touch, but this cake is so rich and moist it requires no frosting.
