  1. Taco Meat Filling

  2. 1 pound ground beef

  3. 1 package French's® Original Taco Seasoning

  4. Batter

  5. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  6. 1/2 cup masa corn flour OR corn meal

  7. 2 envelopes Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast

  8. 1 tablespoon sugar

  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  10. 3/4 cup very warm milk (120 degrees F to 130 degrees F)

  11. 3 tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil

  12. 1 egg

  13. Topping

  14. 1 cup chunky salsa

  15. 1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese

  16. 1 cup corn chips, partially crushed

  1. Directions BROWN ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well.

  2. MIX batter ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate.

  3. TOP batter with taco meat filling. Pour salsa evenly over meat; sprinkle with shredded cheese and corn chips.

  4. BAKE by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350°F. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

  5. Recipe Note: If desired, batter may be mixed in a separate bowl. Proceed as directed above.
