    2. 2 cantaloupes, peeled, seeded, chopped

    3. 2 tablespoons butter

    4. Seasonings to taste

    5. 6 cups thick white sauce

    1. To make white sauce: scald milk. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add salt and flour and let cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Add the milk little by little, stirring gently until it boils. Let it boil for 3 minutes.

    2. To the white sauce, add cantaloupes, butter, and seasonings.

    3. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.

    4. Pass through large strainer.

    5. Then serve.
