  1. 1 bag(s) (12-ounce) cranberries , picked over 1 Granny Smith apple , peeled, cored, and chopped 1 cup(s) Port wine

  2. 3/4 cup(s) sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, heat all ingredients to boiling on high, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, 7 to 8 minutes or until most cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. (Mixture will thicken as it chills.) Spoon sauce into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 3 hours or up to 4 days.
