  1. 3/4c Margarine or butter

  2. 1/2ts Dried thyme leaves

  3. 1 1/2ts Chopped fresh or 1/2ts Ground sage

  4. 1 ts Salt

  5. 9 c Soft corn bread cubes

  6. 3/4c Finely chopped onion

  7. (with leaves)

  8. 1 1/2c Chopped celery

  9. 1/4ts Pepper

  1. + Heat margarine in Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

  2. Cook celery and onion in margarine about 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  5. CUPS STUFFING; 395 CALORIES PER 1/2 CUP.
