  1. 4 boned chicken breasts

  2. 1 cup soup nut crumbs

  3. 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

  7. 2 eggs -- beaten

  8. 1 cup apricot preserves

  9. 1/2 cup white kp wine

  10. 2 tablespoons pareve margarine

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken breasts in half. Rinse with cold water and dry well with paper towels. Combine soup nut crumbs, ginger, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken part in beaten egg and then in the crumb mixture. Arrange in a single layer in a baking pan. Combine the preserves, wine and margarine. Microwave on high for 5 minutes or bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Pour over the chicken and bake for 1 hour.
