  3. 1/3 cup Grand Marnier liqueur, and sprinkled with

  4. 1/4 cup light brown sugar Grated bitter chocolate Basic Shortcakes (see recipe)

  1. Add the orange zest to the basic biscuit dough. Assemble the shortcakes as directed in the text and sprinkle with the bitter chocolate.
