  1. 1-1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered

  3. 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

  6. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients; shake to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
