  5. (or other assorted Spanish cheeses)

  6. 4 Celery ribs - halved lengthwise,

  7. Then cut into 4" sticks

  8. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Spanish green olives

  9. (from specialty olives cases near deli

  10. In large markets, or other mixed olives)
