Hummingbird Cake

    1. 2 cups flour

    2. 2 cups sugar

    3. 1 tsp soda

    4. 1 tsp salt

    5. 3 egg s, beaten

    6. 1 1/2 cups salad oil

    7. 1 8 0z crushed pineapple and juice

    8. 2 cups banana s, chopped

    9. 1 cup nut s, chopped

    1. Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt; add eggs, salad oil (do not beat). Add pineapple and juice, bananas, nut. Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cream cheese frosting is perfect on this cake. The cake can be frozen and brought out and iced at a future date.
