  1. 3 ounces Gelatin -- any flavor 2 tablespoons Sugar

  2. teaspoon Salt

  3. 1 cup Water -- boiling

  4. 1 can Peach Slices In Syrup

  5. 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice --

  6. Juice)

  7. 3 ounces Cream Cheese -- softened OR 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  1. Dissolve jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water. Drain peaches, and add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Add liquid to jello. Reserve ½ cup jello for topping. Blend cheese (or sour cream) with ½ cup of the jello until smooth. Pour into mold. Mix rest of jello with peaches, pour into mold (an 8 x 8 x 2, or 2 quart mold). Chill until firm.
