  1. Ingredients :Serves 4-5

  2. 6 10 3 3 sprigs

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons 1 1/2 teaspoons 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon 6 2 cups Chicken drumsticks

  4. Shallots, flatten

  5. Pips garlic, flatten

  6. Curry leaves

  7. Turmeric powder

  8. Curry powder

  9. Ginger juice

  10. Salt or to taste

  11. Lemon grass, bruised

  12. Oil for deep frying

  1. Clean and cut drumsticks into small pieces Mix shallots, garlic, curry leaves,turmeric powder, curry powder, ginger juice and salt in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add chicken pieces and rub thoroughly.

  3. Add the lemon grass and mix well.

  4. Season for at least 4-5 hours or overnightin the refrigerator.

  5. Heat up the oil and pan-fry chicken pieceson medium heat till cooked and lightly brown.

  6. Dish and drain. Serve hot with rice.
