  1. 1 pound(s) chicken breast

  2. 1 pound(s) smoke sausage

  3. 1 medium Yellow Onion

  4. 1 large Green Bell Pepper

  5. 1 box(es) broth , You can use whatever broth you have around the house. I use chicken because I like the flavor. Always two cans of broth can be used.

  6. 1 cup(s) All Purpose Flour

  7. 5 tablespoon(s) Vegetable Oil , You need enough to coat the bottom of the pan or pot you are going to cook in.

  8. 3 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes , I like heat so I add it at the end. This is optional.

  9. 2 cup(s) White Rice

  1. Start by pouring the vegetable oil in the pot ( Use a large enough pot to cook everything) over medium heat. Chop onion and bell pepper into small pieces and saute' them until tender. Once that's done. Use the same pot to cook the chicken and saute the smoke sausage. You want all the flavors to merry together. Take and set aside all the vegetables and the chicken and sausage. Pour in the cup of flour and add the box of chicken broth. Stir so the flour doesnt stick and depended on the amount of thickness you like add or take away flour and broth. Once it has reached the consistency that you like add everything back in and add your red pepper flakes if you choose to do so and let it simmer for about 10 min. Then scoop over white rice. Enjoy
