  1. 1 cup water

  2. 1 large egg

  3. 3 1/4 cups bread flour

  4. 4 tablespoons sugar

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 3 tablespoons dry milk

  7. 1/4 cup butter

  8. 2 teaspoons fast rising yeast

  9. 1 large egg , beaten

  10. 4 teaspoons water

  1. Prepare as dough in the bread machine.

  2. Remove dough to lightly floured board, divide into quarters, then divide each quarter into 6.

  3. Spray muffin pan with cooking/baking spray.

  4. Put each little ball into the muffin pan.

  5. Brush with egg glaze (optional).

  6. Cover dough to rise until size doubles- 1 hour.

  7. Bake at 375 degrees F, 10-20 minutes.
