  1. 8 -10 lbs ham (spiral sliced and fully cooked)

  2. 8 ounces crushed pineapple , drained and unsweetened

  3. 1/2 cup apricot jam

  4. 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

  5. 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

  1. Place ham on a rack in a large roasting pan.

  2. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.

  3. Combine the pineapple, apricot jam, mustard and horseradish. Spread over ham.

  4. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 140.
