  1. 2 c Diced turkey, white meat

  2. 2 tb Reserved pineapple juice mayonnaise

  3. 1/4c Reduced calorie or fat-free

  4. 1/4c Plain low fat yogurt -- DRESSING --

  5. 1/4c Slivered almonds

  6. 1/4c Diced jicama

  7. 1/2c Chopped celery

  8. 1 Carrot, shredded in half

  9. 1/2lb Seedless, green grapes, cut reserve

  10. 2 tablespoons juice own juice, drained

  11. 1 cn Crushed pineapple, in its

  12. 1/4ts Curry, or more, to taste

  1. + Directions : Combine turkey, pineapple, grapes, carrots, celery, jicama and almonds in medium-size bowl. In glass measuring cup blend mayonnaise, yogurt, pineapple juice and curry. Pour dressing over salad; mix until well coated. If you like a more moist salad increase the yogurt and mayonnaise to 1/2 cup each, or adjust to your personal taste. (I use Kraft Miracle Whip, to change the pace).
