  1. 300 g 300 g 4 slices Chicken Stock Chicken Bouillon Powder

  2. 2 tsp Hot Water

  3. 500 ml For Serving Pure Sesame Oil to taste Pepper and Salt to taste

  1. Bring chicken stock to the boil. Add ginger, lettuce and assorted mushrooms. Cook for about 2 minutes until mushrooms are soft. Sprinkle with Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil, pepper and salt. Serve hot.
