  1. 1 pounds Pasta shells

  2. 1 pounds Spinach; chopped and steamed until tender

  3. 2 1/2 cup Tomato sauce

  4. 1/2 cup Soy milk

  5. 3 Garlic cloves; minced

  6. 1 tablespoon Basil, fresh; chopped OR 1 teaspoon Basil, dried

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. 1/4 cup Bread crumbs

  1. cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain. In large casserole dish, toss hot pasta with spinach, tomato sauce,soy milk, garlic and basil. Season to taste.
