  1. 2 (6 1/2 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and chile peppers. Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
