  3. 1 3/4 C Ground Oatmeal

  4. 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  5. 1 1/2 tsp Salt

  6. 1 1/2 C Butter softened

  7. 2 Tbsp Sugar

  8. 1 C

  9. 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  10. 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

  11. 3 Egg s

  12. 18 Oz Chocolate Chips

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Place dry ingredients in a bowl Cream remaining ingredients together and mix in dry ingredients.

  2. Use half the batter to make 6 Dozen Cookies. Bake at 375° 8-10 min on ungreased cookie sheet Refrigerate remaining dough till firm. Divide and shape into 9" log. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 8 weeks.

  3. Slice in 1" slices then quarter - Bake as usual
