  1. 2 lbs Ground Beef

  2. 2 tsp House Seasoning (see below)*

  3. 1 med Onion chopped

  4. 1 med Bell Pepper chopped

  5. 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

  6. 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

  7. 1 cup Sour Cream

  8. 1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers

  9. 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt

  10. 8-10 slices White Bread *House Seasoning

  11. 1 Tbsp salt

  12. 3/4 tsp black pepper

  13. 3/4 tsp garlic powder. Mix well. You will NOT use the entire mixture. Store in a shaker for future use.

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the bread slices, well. Shape into loaf. Place loaf on a jelly roll pan that has been lined with white bread slices (see note below). Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. The bread absorbs the grease and should be discarded after the loaf is removed from the oven. Cheese Sauce 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can Milk (fill empty soup can) 1-1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese Heat soup and milk over medium heat; add cheese. Pour over meat or pass at the table. Yield: serves 0 Notes: The only change I made was that I did NOT line a jelly-roll pan with bread. I formed the meat into a loaf shape and placed it on top of my small broiler pan instead.
