  1. 1 lb linguine pasta (in picture I used spaghetti Rigati)

  2. 1/2 cup butter

  3. 2 cups heavy cream

  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper

  5. 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  6. 7-8 oz pesto

  7. 1 lb shrimp , peeled & deveined (or crab , or both)

  1. Cook pasta al dente.

  2. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  3. Stir in cream.

  4. Season with pepper.

  5. Cook 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly.

  6. Stir in Parmesan into cream sauce, stirring until mixed.

  7. Blend in pesto.

  8. Cook 3-5 minutes, until thickened.

  9. Stir in shrimp, and cook until they turn pink. About 5 mins.

  10. Serve over hot linguine.

  11. Optional: add lemon juice or serve with lemon wedges.
