  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Hamburger

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Ground pork

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Spicy sausage

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Onion - chopped (medium) Sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Pepper

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic powder

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tabasco sauce

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin

  11. 2 Tomatoes with juice - (1 lb. Each)

  12. 1 Tomato sauce - (15 oz)

  13. 2 Pinto beans - (15 oz each), drained

  1. Recipe Instructions In large Dutch over or saucepan, brown the hamburger, pork, sausage and onion all together. Add salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, cumin, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 2 hours. Add drained pinto beans and simmer for 30 minutes longer. NOTES : Note from Peggy: This recipe was given to me by Marie Calendar Pies, in Huntington Beach, CA in 1975
