  1. 2 1/2- to 3-lb. broiler-fryer, cut up

  2. Kraft Catalina French Dressing

  3. 1 16-oz. can tomatoes

  4. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  5. 8 onion slices, 1/4 -inch thick

  6. 1 tsp. salt

  7. 1/2 tsp. celery seed

  8. 1/4 cup wine or water

  9. 2 Tbs. flour

  10. Makes 4 servings

  1. Method :

  2. Br own chicken in 1/3 cup dressing over low heat. Add 1/4 cup dressing, tomatoes, onion and seasonings. Cover; simmer 45 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken and vegetables toserving platter. Gradually add wine to flour, stirring until well blended.

  4. Gradually add flour mixture to hot liquid in pan; cook stirring constantly. Serve with chicken and vegetables.
