  1. 6 (3/4 inch) boneless pork loin chops

  2. 1 tsp. seasoned salt

  3. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  4. 6 cups plain or cornbread stuffing mix

  5. 1 cup chopped red bell pepper

  6. 1 onion, chopped

  7. 2-1/2 cups water

  8. 1 cup shredded Muenster cheese

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and set aside. Combine stuffing, bell pepper, onion, and water in 5-6 quart slow cooker and stir to mix well. Place pork chops on stuffing, pressing so some chops are covered with the stuffing mixture. Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours. Remove pork chops from slow cooker and set aside, covered, to keep warm. Stir cheese into mixture in crockpot and serve with pork.
