  2. 250 gram king fish -- cut into pieces

  4. 20 grams green pepper

  5. 2 teaspoons ginger paste -- (10 g)

  6. 2 teaspoons lemon juice -- (10 ml)

  7. 1 teaspoon chopped celery -- (5 g)

  8. salt and pepper to taste

  9. **THE HERB RICE **

  10. 100 gram rice -- parboiled

  11. butter

  12. 1 teaspoon garlic -- chopped (5 g)

  13. 1/4 teaspoon oregano -- (1 g)

  14. 10 grams scallion -- chopped fine

  15. salt to taste

  1. MIX all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish in this mixture for a few minutes. Grill the fish till tender.

  2. To prepare the herb rice : Heat butter in a pan. Saute garlic, oregano and scallion for one minute. Add rice and salt to taste and saute till done. Place the fish on a bed of ragout of grilled vegetables and herb rice.
