  2. 1/2 Leek

  3. 1 Celery Sticks

  4. Vegetable Oil 1/4 ts Nutmeg

  5. 1/4 ts Cinnamon

  6. 1/4 ts Coriander

  7. 1/4 ts Mace

  8. 3/4 pt Water

  9. 1/2 tb Passata

  10. 4 oz Chopped Chestnuts

  11. 1/4 pt Milk
