  3. 2 cups whipping cream

  4. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  1. Preparation : Combine whipping cream and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat until stiff. Gently fold in peanut brittle. Frost top and sides of cake with mixture then chill before serving.
