  1. 1 cn (16 oz) tomatoes

  2. 1 tb Sugar

  3. Pinch rosemary

  4. Pinch black pepper

  5. 16 oz Frozen corn kernels

  6. 1 Green bell pepper, chopped

  7. 2 Onions, chopped

  8. 2 tb Chili colorado

  9. Use any hot sauce - use

  10. Less if you like)

  11. 1 tb Margarine

  12. 1/2ts Salt

  13. 2 c Dry bread crumbs

  14. 1 c Grated cheese

  1. + Pour off the liquid from the canned tomatoes.

  2. Simmer the tomatoes with the sugar and spices for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the corn, green or red pepper, onion, chili colorado or chili sauce, margarine, and salt.

  4. Cook slowly for about 15 minutes.

  5. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick vegetable spray.

  6. Place alternate layers of vegetable mixture, bread crumbs, and cheese, ending up with a layer of cheese.

  7. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until the top is brown.

  8. Serves 6.
