Chocolate Crazy Cake

    1. 3 cups flour

    2. 2 cups sugar

    3. 1/3 cup cocoa

    4. 1 tsp. salt

    5. 2 tsp. baking soda

    6. 3/4 cup oil

    7. 2 cups water

    8. 2 tbsp. vinegar

    9. 1 1/3 cups sugar

    10. 6 tbsp. milk

    11. 6 tbsp. butter

    12. 1/2 cup chocolate chips

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except vinegar. When smooth, stir in vinegar. Pour into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool. To make frosting, boil first three ingredients together for 1 minute in a saucepan. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add in chocolate chips. Beat mixture until it starts to thicken. Then spread on cake.
