  1. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  2. 1 cup 237ml Water

  3. 1 Cinnamon stick

  4. 12 oz 340g Pkg. Fresh cranberries

  1. Recipe Instructions Add sugar and water in a sauce pan. Stir to dissolve sugar while bringing to a boil. Add the cinnamon stick and cranberries. Return the mixture to a boil, the reduce the heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until cranberries have popped open. Remove pan from heat. Remove cinnamon stick. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate.
