  2. 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  3. 2 sprigs mint

  4. 1/4 cup water

  5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice -- fresh, frozen or -- canned 1 cup cantaloupe -- diced

  1. Combine sugar and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved; boil 1 min. Add cantaloupe, mint; bring to boil. Remove from heat; add lemon juice. Refrigerate- remove mint.
