  3. 1/2 cup (120 g) tahini paste

  4. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

  5. 2 1/2 tablespoons (38 ml) lemon juice

  6. 2 garlic cloves, peeled

  7. 1 teaspoon hot sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  2. Select Variable 1.

  3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.

  4. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Add water as needed to keep mixture flowing freely through blades.
