  1. 2 lb Large shrimp 

  2. 1/4 c Fresh parsley

  3. 1 c Olive oil 

  4. 1 T Oregano

  5. 4 T Lemon juice 

  6. 1 T Chopped garlic

  7. 4 x Drops hot sauce 

  8. 1 t Salt

  9. 1 T Tomato paste 

  10. 1 x Pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Marinade 2 hours at room temperature.

  2. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn and broil more. Shrimp can be served over rice with green salad and Italian bread.
