  1. Italian Sausage

  2. 1 lb Italian sausage, bulk or with casings removed

  3. 1 (14 oz) can tomatoes

  4. 1 cup elbow macaronies

  5. 1 box frozen peas

  6. 1/2 cup onions, chopped

  7. 1 cup water

  8. Parmesan Cheese

  9. In a large skillet, break up and brown sausage with onions. Drain

  10. fat. Add tomatoes (including juice from can), breaking them up.

  11. Add elbows, peas and water. Stir. Bring to a boil; set back to

  12. simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes or until elbows are cooked.

  13. Stir often so elbows won't stick to bottom of pan. Sprinkle with

  14. grated cheese before serving.

  15. Note: You may need more water during cooking if it's becoming to

  16. dry. When done, it should be saucy but not juicy.

  17. You can substitute canned peas, but they should be added at the

  18. end so they don't over cook.
