  1. 2 1/2 1% low-fat milk

  2. 1/4 All-purpose flour

  3. 1/2 Dry mustard

  4. 1/2 Salt

  5. 1/4 Paprika

  6. 1/4 Pepper

  7. 1 1/2 Cheddar cheese, lowfat - shredded

  8. 2 Nonfat cream cheese

  9. 3 Parmesan cheese

  10. 6 Macaroni - cooked

  11. **TOPPING**

  12. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Bread crumbs

  13. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parmesan cheese

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and flour until smooth. Cook over medium - high heat until mixture is bubbly and thickened, about 7 or 8 minutes.

  2. Stir in dry mustard, salt, paprika, pepper, all cheeses, and onions.

  3. Continue to cooik utnil cheeses are completely melted.

  4. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

  5. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
