  1. Cake:

  2. 2 cups flour

  3. 2 tsp. baking powder

  4. 1/2 tsp. salt

  5. 1/2 cup unsalted butter , softened

  6. 3/4 cup sugar

  7. 1 egg

  8. 1/2 cup milk

  9. 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries Crumb topping:

  10. 1/2 cup sugar

  11. 1/4 cup flour

  12. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  13. 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and milk to butter mixture and beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Flod in blueberries. Spread in greased and floured 8“ or 9” springform pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping and bake 40 - 45 minutes.

  2. For crumb topping: Cut butter into dry ingredients until coarse crumbs are formed.
