    1. 2 cups sweet potato meat

    2. 3 cups flour

    3. 1 1/2 cups sugar

    4. 2 teaspoons baking powder

    5. 1 teaspoon baking soda

    6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    7. 1/4 teaspoon clove

    8. 1 teaspoon salt

    9. 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

    10. 1 teaspoon ginger

    11. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    12. 4 eggs

    13. 1 teaspoon vanilla

    14. 1 cup nuts

    15. 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips -- melted

    1. Preparation : Bake 2 pounds of sweet potatoes. Mix all ingredients except chocolate. Pour chocolate into 1/4 the batter. Alternate chocolate pumpkin batter with regular in a tube pan. Slice knife through batter to swirl. Bake 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
