  1. 4 Bamboo skewers

  2. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Ham - fully cooked, cut in

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Plum preserves

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dijon-style mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice - fresh

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cinnamon

  1. Place ham in shallow bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in small pan. Heat until dissolved.

  2. Pour sauce over ham. Marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Place cubes on bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water.

  4. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

  5. Turn skewers frequently. Baste with sauce.
