  1. 1 package baby bella mushroom s slice or minced

  2. 2 shallot s minced

  3. 2 cloves garlic minced

  4. Marsala wine for cooking

  5. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  6. 2 tsp Essence of Emeril seasoning

  7. 2 cans cut green bean s

  8. 1 block grated fontina or white cheddar cheese

  9. 1 large can fried onion s

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Sauté shallots and garlic in butter until soft. Add mushrooms with more butter. Let it cook down a little, then pour in some Marsala wine until coated. Simmer until all ingredients are soft. Remove from heat.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix sautéd ingredients with mushroom soup and Essence of Emeril. Add a portion each of the cheese and onions, leaving some of both for topping. Fold in green beans.

  4. Butter or spray a 9x12 pyrex. Pour mixture in. Top with cheese then onions. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350° until heated through and onions are crispy.
