  1. Pastry for 2-crust pie

  2. 3/4 - 1 c. sugar

  3. 2 tbsp. flour

  4. 1/2 - 1 tsp. cinnamon

  5. 1/4 tsp. salt

  6. 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

  7. 6-7 c. sliced, peeled apples (2 - 2 1/2 lbs.)

  8. 2 tbsp. butter

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and apples. Pour into pie crust. Dot with butter. Follow instructions with pie crust to finish top crust and bake.
