  1. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cucumbers - chilled (large)

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Yellow onion (small) Sour Cream Dressing

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dill weed

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cider vinegar

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml White pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions To make the dressing, in a large bowl, combine sour cream, dill, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until well mixed. Refrigerate until the salad is ready to serve. Peel cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove seeds; cut them crosswise into thin slices. Thinly slice onion. Fold the cucumber and onion into the dressing.
