  1. 1 egg white (if small eggs, use 2 whites)

  2. 1 lb pecan s halves

  3. 1 teas salt

  4. 1 teas water

  5. 1 cup sugar

  6. 1 teas cinnamon

  1. Combine egg white and water, beat with mixer until foamy white. Add pecans coating them with the egg white mixture. Add salt, sugar and cinnamon, coating well. Place on foil lined baking sheet in 300 oven for 25 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly (5 minutes) then turn out onto foil to cool and dry. Seperate into individual pieces and store in airtight container.
