  1. 1360.77 g chicken wings , parts

  2. 3 beaten eggs

  3. cornstarch

  4. vegetable oil

  5. 236 1/29 ml chicken broth

  6. 2 chicken bouillon cubes

  7. 118 1/59 ml catsup

  8. 354.88 ml sugar

  9. 177.44 ml vinegar

  10. 29 1/28 ml soy sauce

  11. 1/4 ml salt

  1. Heat 1/2" of oil in frying pan.

  2. Dip chicken parts first in eggs and then in cornstarch.

  3. Brown both sides in hot oil.

  4. Place in single layer in large baking dish.

  5. Heat sauce ingredients in pan until sugar and bouillon cubes have melted.

  6. Pour sauce over chicken pieces in dish.

  7. Bake in 375° oven for 45 min to 1 hour.

  8. Turn over wings 1/2 way through cooking time.
