  1. 300 Dosa batter Oil or ghee

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mysore chutney

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  1. Recipe Instructions HEAT and grease a non stick tawa or a dosa plate. Pour on 75 ml dosa batter. Mix a little Mysore chutney and butter. Spread it over the dosa. Fold the dosa in a triangular shape and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
