  12. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  13. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese

  14. 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

  15. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

  16. 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

  17. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  18. 1 tablespoon milk

  1. In a bowl mix all of the ingredients except the milk. Gradually mix in enough milk to make the mixture spreadable. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
